HB Quimper Vintage Plate or Stand 8 1/4" x 8 1/4" Country French Decor

This rare vintage octagonal plate or stand measures 8 1/4" in diameter and stands
and about 3/4" tall. I
t's a lovely accent for country French décor--hang it on the wall, display it on a shelf, or use it to serve cookies or little sandwiches for tea!  Or set your teapot on it. It has a raised edge all around it that measures about 1/8" deep and 1/4" across.This plate has no damage at all even though, according to my reference book, it was made between 1895 and the 1940s. There are no cracks, hairlines, air bubbles, or crazing. The back is hand painted HB Quimper in black underglaze, and it has other marks that probably indicated the artist, date of manufacture and/or model.
The blue flower petals look like they were applied with a stamp of some kind, since they seem to be pressed into the surface, and that created a really nice texture to the design, which I think you can see in the photos.
This is one piece out of my extensive collection of Quimper pottery of all ages and designs that I will be putting on eBay. Some are hand-painted and some are not. Some are in perfect condition, like this one, and some are not. While I was collecting it, it was most important to me that I enjoyed the designs and colors of each piece. I think this one is especially nice at Christmas time!
