Reproduction lazy tong corkscrew likely made from zinc and steel. Was made to look just like an antique lazy tong corkscrew, but is new.
A magnet sticks to some of the metal, but not all of it leading me to believe it has some zinc to it. It is riveted together as shown, works and looks pretty good!
