How to make sure the batteries work?
1. Be sure to use high-quality AAA batteries. This soap dispenser may not works properly with cheap batteries. Please note the batteries are not included.
2. When the blue light is flashing, it means low-battery. Please change the new batteries.
How to make sure the nozzle work?
1. When the sound of the motor is heard but no liquid is ejected, you could squeeze or press the nozzle by hand to ensure that there is a gap in the nozzle.
2. After using the product for a certain period of time, poke the nozzle with a needle if the device doesn't dispense, because the liquid may be coagulated at the nozzle.
How to make sure the correct liquid concentration?
1. Please do not use liquid that is too thin, otherwise, this device may dispense more than 1ml.
2. If you pour too thick liquid, please try to add proper water to thin it out and ensure normal discharge.
